Feeling quite cheated!
I recently discovered the reason why my original mymovies app wasnt working properly - I needed the updated/upgraded app: mymovies and Tv collection.
So excitedly, I updated and downloaded the new app.
With a large movie selection, I quickly realized the brilliance of this app and that I required the pro version to include all of our movie titles. I willingly paid for the pro version, as I felt it was totally worthwhile.
However, now that I have updated/upgraded the app (mymovies and tv collections) I once again realize that I required the pro version.
Imagine my surprise that I am required to pay AGAIN for the pro version of an app that I have ALREADY purchased! Not even a discount/credit recognizing my original payment contribution (as this new update/upgrade is more expensive than the original pro version).
I have to say how disappointed and angry I am. I love this app but Im not willing to pay TWICE for an app they decided to update/upgrade that I have ALREADY PURCHASED.
I am a customer who referred many friends and fellow movie lovers to your app, but who will now be telling them the scam you are running to grab more money from a group of people who have already paid for your pro version.
Feeling unsatisfied and unbelievably cheated...my original pro version doesnt even work anymore.
